MrEnter Story Observation Thing
Okay, so I had this sort of weird journal entry idea about MrEnter that I've wanted to write about for a little while. It's just some weird little observation I had. Okay, so here's a story that I think is a good illustration of two points I'd like to make: 1) MrEnter is not very good at criticising cartoons. 2) A lot of criticism of his criticism is also not very good. Okay, so here's the story. Awhile back, I remember re-watching an old video - MrEnter's 'Animated Atrocities' review of the SpongeBob episode "Squid Baby." The plot is that SpongeBob and Patrick accidentally cause Squidward to get some sort of head trauma which causes him to revert to the mentality of a baby. At one point in the review, MrEnter criticizes the episode, going on what he jokingly calls a "Nerd Rant" about a joke where a doctor diagnoses Squidward with "Head-Go-Boom-Boom-itis." Enter's issue with the joke is that he perceives it as an example of cartoons or people or whatever misusing the suffix

Everything Good About Girl Meets Father
Well, it's been a while. Hasn't it? But anyway, I'm going back and watching every episode of this series for an Out of Context twitter account I'm doing: https://twitter.com/MeetsOf. I watched this one a while ago and wanted to do it. So let's get to it. This is Everything Good About Girl Meets Father (Girl Meets World).
I love how the older girl Riley and Maya are watching just acknowledges them and lets Riley use her eyelash curler. I feel like that's kind of a subversion of expectations or something.Riley's reaction to getting that eyelash curler stuck in her eye is just well, classic Riley is what it is.Lucas killing Maya with kindness.
Everything Good About Welcome to Camp Kikiwaka
So, ~Spongey444 (https://www.deviantart.com/spongey444) suggested I do one of these for a Disney sitcom show. And he also suggested I do one for something I dislike. So how about Bunk'd? Let's see what good we can find in the first episode.
Hmm, the opening establishing shots are actually filmed very well. They look nice and do a good job setting up the, well, setting.
The score used in those shots is also a good one.
That zoom-out shot of the camp grounds also does an effective job at showing the size of the campsite.
No offense to Cameron Boyce, but I don't like Luke. So him not being there is seriously a win.
Okay, Emma got a couple of laughs out of me there.
